By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity occurring under your account
- Ensuring information provided to Intera Desk remains accurate
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Interfere with platform operations
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
WhatsApp Business Usage
Users are responsible for complying with:
- WhatsApp Business Platform policies
- Meta Platform Terms
- Applicable privacy and communication regulations
Intera Desk is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement actions taken by Meta against connected WhatsApp Business Accounts.
Subscription and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by PayFast.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.
Intera Desk reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their business data and communications.
By using Intera Desk, you grant us the rights necessary to process and store data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, Intera Desk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Maintenance, outages, or third-party service interruptions may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intera Desk shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Data loss
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Continued access creates legal or security risks
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
